300 の事例から分析するデジタル木加工の歴史とデザイン
History and design of digital woodworking analyzed through 300 case studies
国内外の事例において 2000 年代以前のものから最新の事例まで多岐にわたり集めた。OPENRESEARCH CNC に参加した 10 名が協力をし事例収集を行った。収集を行う中で、① 1990 年代の事例では CNC で制作されたものか否か判断がつかないものがあり、その際の判断基準として、地球上において CNC がどのエリアでどの年代から導入されたのかを整理した方が良いのではないか② 300 事例集めてくると、CNC ならではの形状や特性を統計的に整理して言語化したい、という 2 点が我々の取り組むべき事項として挙げられ、各テーマに基づいて分析をおこなった。
With the help of 10 OPENRESEARCH CNC participants, we collected national and international examples, from the pre-2000s to the most recent. In the process of collecting cases, it became clear that (1) some cases from the 1990s could not be determined if they were caused by CNC or not, and (2) it would be better to organize the cases based on which region of the earth and from which period CNC was introduced as a criterion for judgment. 300 cases were collected, and the shapes and characteristics unique to CNC should be statistically It is necessary to organize and verbalize them statistically.
